Working Structure Fire in the 3 Box Multiple Alarms

In the early evening of the 26th Dauphin county communications dispatched Box: 37-3 (4704 Laurel drive) in the mountain dale neighborhood for a reported house fire. Chief 37, Chief 84, Engine 31 / 37 / 38, Truck 32, Rescue 35 / 37, Tanker 35 / 37 / Cumberland 17 / 20.
Chief 37 went on scene with smoke showing. Engine 37 (5) arrived shortly after and stretched two handlines into division 1 and completed primary searches on division 2 (all negative).
This alarm quickly went to a full first alarm and then a second alarm (tankers only) due to not having any hydrants in the area.
Crews worked for over and hour before marking control. No firefighters or civilians were injured.

Thank you to standby companies and all the mutual aid companies for their response. In total units from Dauphin. Cumberland and Perry Counties all worked together to bring the fire under control. Thanks to Jason Coleman Cobb (Capital City Fire Photos) Dustin Weese, WJ Productions, and Mike Mihalo for photos and videos.
